Some people think and believe on the saying “presentation is everything.” I believe in it but hardly been able to practice it. My website is long over due on updates and especially on my projects. Now that my basic idea for this site is almost settled, I want something more. Though, I do not want to clutter it up but I feel that I am missing something, not just the design but also on the content. As I mentioned on my about page, this is my playground.
A theme for wordpress I named Retro, I ran out of idea on what to call this new skin for my website. It’s not really retro but I felt that it is. It’s simple and has rainbow colors. The theme is fully customized for my own site. My inspiration started from the tutorials in PSDTuts.com.
I admit that I’m not as good as professional programmers but I know my way around. Reading from other sites who posted some wordpress tutorials, I practically made my own codes.
Right now, my site’s only customized for firefox. I know being a designer, I should look into IE even if I hate it. *sigh* I guess, that will be my next project for this website. Unless, I feel another design change coming in, that’s who I am when if it comes to my site.
Note: I based some of the layout from Derek Punsalan’s The Unstandard WordPress theme.

Actually, I love your site. You have a lot of talent and a good grip on presentation. ^-^
It has a great color scheme, well positioned images, details, and best of all, it’s user-friendly!
BTW, I also dislike having to make my site cross-browser compatible, especially on Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser (IE sucks right now)..LOL
Thanks for the visit and the comment, Alex. I’m glad you appreciate my design on my website. I still feel that it’s incomplete and I don’t have any guts submitting on design site galleries.
I still have a lot to learn and remember to be mindful on my English grammar even if I’m not an American. ^_^
(and yeah, I really don’t like IE right now.) haha
Looks fine in almost all browsers, just ***IE bugs as always =),
recommending browsershots[dot]org for testing.
Btw: footer “design by” points to Derek, Grid Focus in black?
@milo: It’s actually “The Unstandard WordPress theme” that I based my theme from but modified everything. I was basing some of the codes for my project page. I guess that one just slipped out of my mind. Of course, I will give kudos to Derek for his release theme.
and thanks for the Tip.
I like black, so this one is my favourite =)
